Edit again. Just ordered a 3rd time.I read a review on one of their other products that said that product was ok - but the original disinfectant was better.I still bought that product.With this new purchase though- now, I get it.I agree with that review, wherever it was, this one is a tough one to beat.I can see how some like the smell and others think it’s cloying.Personally, I don’t think it’s bad. It’s also not my favorite either. Other scents are available.But I’m impatient, and the scent is refreshing and clean smelling enough for me.And maybe this one is the best smelling out of them all, which was an opinion I did read in another review..However, if they came out with this in a scent, something more along the lines of Mrs Myers basil or lemon verbena or more closer to the likeness of their scents, I might be more inclined to try that out.This, as it currently is though, is as close to perfect as I have been looking for, and I do like the scent..As perfect as it is.. There are a few things about it that I wish I had known. Only so I had a better idea of how quickly I was going to go through it. Especially when most reviews stated a little goes a long way.Well it does. But it depends largely on how and what you use it primarily for.For urine or biological messes on fabrics being laundered- I pre treated with a spray bottle using a 50/50% solution, diluting the cleaner in equal parts with water. Then when I put the fabric in the washer, I used 8oz non diluted cleaner poured directly into where the fabric softener goes, instead of using fabric softener.But I did still add fabric softener. I’m going to try it with out it next time I use it for the wash.Or you can add it to the final rinse yourself if you remember to do that sort of thing.This is very effective on both stains and odors in the wash - And I really thought I was going to need to rewash a small load that I was sure I didn’t get to in time and figured it would take at least 1 more wash if it did work, and debated on if it did require a second wash- it’s possible that nothing can be done and was prepared to throw it away.Instead. I was amazed that it was ready to simply throw in the drier. No trace or even a hint of any bad smells. And most stains. Even old ones were gone.Although I did use a healthy amount of oxyclean powder, and detergent, mostly dissolved in hot water first and then poured into the clothes/wash directly in my top loader washer. (Personal preference of mine to do it that way. (What works for me, might not for you), even though the directions instruct to add before you add your clothes.)*** So adding a disclaimer- Dont do what I describe. However, it requires using a lot more of it than I thought it would.But it can still be cost effective, if you use it instead of using fabric softener, it is used in the final rinse- 8oz not diluted - either add in where the fabric softener is supposed to go, or add to the water directly when the final rinse has mostly filled - to make sure it’s distributed evenly and not concentrated on just a couple items.Also as a cleaner, I prefer using an even half product half water ratio.I use it mostly for pet messes and as a stain remover and as a laundry sanitizer.Because we are naughty pet owners. I can’t blame the animals. The dog had been waiting patiently, but the last one minute, was one minute too long, and because the cat protests when the litter box is not being attended to as often as it should be.So this is the all in one product I’ve been looking for.Until I find one better. I’m open to suggestions. But, I’ve tried many products before this one. And so far I’m already planning to order again, because I really don’t want to run out of it. But I sure do go through this type of product very quickly.But if I follow the recommended dilution - it seems weak, and I can’t smell it. I feel like I have to be able to smell it, for it to be effective.Which I realize is not the most logical thought.I accidentally bought the regular 3n1 carpet again.I meant to buy the pro grade 3n1carpet.I still plan on trying other products when the budget allows.I think testing these types of cleaners has now become a habit.But we’ll just call it a hobby.That sounds better.

I made the mistake of not letting my bedroom carpet dry long enough and it developed a mildew smell that got worse over time. I next tried recleaning it with a solution of vinegar and water to kill the mildew. That only partially worked and after a few days, the mildew smell was back. I decided totry this OdoBan product next. I mixed it strong using 16 ounces of product in one gallon of water. I shampood my carpet a third time with the OdoBan and was sure to thoughly dry it with fans. The result was fantastic! The OdoBan absolutely destroyed the mildew and any smell related to it. This is my go to for cleaning carpets from this day forward. This is an EXCELLENT product!

We were in the process of listing our house. We have two dogs and a spouse that works a manual job- so odors and stink is EVERYWHERE. I was truly worried that we would have trouble selling the house.I want to echo what others are saying in that the smell is intense right away, but dissipates as it dries and absorbs all the stinky odors. So it’s not an overwhelming smell once things are cleaned, rather, it’s then the absence of any odors.I personally have sensitive skin, so I would recommend wearing gloves when working with this product. But that’s just me.Absolutely brilliant product!

This stuff is AMAZING!! When my 2 adult boys were teenagers there was nothing I could do to rid thier laundry of that rotten corn chip smell. I tried everything except using the tears of the devil to dissolve the funky vapors that literally wraps around your nose and glows in the dark, even the dog put in his 2 weeks notice as the family pet due to a "toxic environment"! UNTIL,I saw this one day-I decided to try it, because why not! The paint on the walls in thier room had curled up so bad that it looks like an OLGAVIVE home perm! I added the proper amount to thier laundry and WAH-LAH!!! I opened the washer and was embraced with a great smell of freshness instead of a slap in the face from the funky pimp! It smells powdery soft and I have used it on everything from house cleaning, to laundry, to vehicles...IF ONLY IT WOULD REMOVE THE BAD BREATH SMELL OF OUR NEIGHBOR!!ALWAYS WILL BUT AGAIN, REASONABLY PRICED!!

Cleaned up mouse pee smell in my vehicle and I used it on the leather seats and the entire inside along with another product in two dishes that was powder, and WOW it took care of the problem immediately. We can now drive the truck without gagging on pee smell from the mice who invaded my truck. It was overwhelming and between the two products, it really worked well. Very happy now. I love little mice but not in my truck.

I just received this yesterday and the bottle showed up in good condition. A gallon bottle. Pretty decent price! Now... I'm just hoping it works very, very well! I have a cat who is getting older and she's recently experienced some bladder infections 🫩 So I am hoping and praying and keeping all my fingers and toes crossed that this works very well! I'll update as soon as I know for sure. And add the 5th star if it works great!

I have been looking for some miracle disinfectant and this is it. Odoban is the best. I spilled raw egg milk ect…in my car and after many many clean ups with different products nothing would get that rotten egg smell out. Until I found Odoban I made up a spray bottle of it a little more Odoban than water sprayed all around in my car and prayed. The next day the smell WAS finally gone. Nothing iota no rotten egg smell. Unbelievable! I’m a true believer and will always keep this on hand. Fantastic product that is very affordable and actually works!
